KEFI ships via Singpost. Please note, once SingPost or any 3rd party mailing service has your order, we have no control over delivery.
📣 NOTE: If a customer has provided an incorrect address, please DM us on Instagram to make changes ASAP. KEFI is not responsible for lost mail or delivery issues due to incorrect addresses once an item is shipped or prepared for pick-up.
Lost / Damaged Mail
KEFI shall not be responsible for any lost / damage mail, and any damage after receipt. All products are bubble wrapped and secured before shipping. In the event of damaged mail, kindly send us an image/video via Instagram/Whatsapp immediately upon receipt. We will require some time to verify with the courier and investigate before we can assist. Refund of Shipping Fee
KEFI will review and refund any shipping fee paid, in the event that customers opt for self-pickup or have to make arrangements for urgent deliveries at the last minute. Kindly note that this is for urgent basis for special cases only.

All self-pickup orders (date/time/location) depend on our availability and arrangements are made separately.

📣 For meet-ups out of convenience, please note that there will be a surcharge of up to SGD$5-10.00.
📣 KEFI will void/cancel any orders if uncollected and/or uncontactable within 2 weeks once ready-to-collect. All self-pickup arrangements would have been agreed upon prior at the start of the order. Any changes/rescheduling to self-pickup arrangements are subject to review and our availability. There will be NO refunds, except on a case-by-case basis.
